Stay on a boat in Manchester
"I’ve lived in Manchester for 20 years, but have only recently become a boat owner, and wanted to share it with other people."
We’ve had the captain since May, we bought it from some friends who were living it and renting it out at the weekend and we wanted it for holiday lets.
We thought that if we invested in a narrow boat we would be able to use it ourselves during the offseason but it’s been so incredibly popular that for now we are just focusing on renting it out. The income has helped us invest in making a few improvements.

Canal boat hire in Manchester
We’ve had a real range of guests because the boat sleeps between 4-6 people. Manchester has become as real city break location for tourists, and we are moored right in the centre of the city. We’re quite near Old Trafford, so we have had lots of guests who are staying because they have tickets to a match.
I like to send people the northern quarter because there are great restaurants there and it’s a really vibrant part of the city. It's only 5 minute walk away to The Northern Quarter and a skip and jump to Piccadilly. Manchester is an ace city with loads of museums, exhibitions, concerts and shows, please do ask us any questions and we will help arrange your stay.
