Good experience for us, quite different to a hotel

We've never stayed on a yacht before so this is a brand new experience for us: Pros: This yacht has all the facilities we need The marina is in a very convenient location, we managed to visit Hampton Court Palace and travelled on the train to Central London druing our stay. Lots of restaurants within 15-20min walk. Lovely river view from the deck (would be even better when it's dry) Cons: Cleanliness overall has room for improvements shower light had to be charged up as the battery was running very low Couldn't work out how to watch DVDs (and it's not on the "help" folder) Overall it's just a new experience where one needs to bear in mind: - electricity is scarce, esp using the kettle. At one point it took me 6-7 trips to the deck (flipping the switch in the circuit breaker) in order find out which appliances I need to switch off to boil the kettle. - Being a light sleeper may not have good night sleep in the main cabin. - Would be better if overnight parking is closer by. - be patient when flashing toilets
