    Glorious Weekend

    Feb. 27, 2017

We had the most wonderful weekend staying on board Budeena -a Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 49i. Budeena was beautifully maintained and wonderfully equipped. Our host - John - stocked the fridge with milk, orange, cider, bottled water and breakfast cereal. The Yacht Haven Marina is in a class of its own and they have just spent a million pounds on refurbishing the WC and shower block which is evident when you use them. The first floor Bistro - overlooking the Marina - is 'decked out' with a Marine feeling and the food was glorious. You're also only 15 minutes walk from Lymington along the sea front where on a Saturday there is a bustling market on both sides of the road all the way up the cobbled sea front. There are also many eateries and the whole place has a feeling of being really special. We will return again without question and highly recommend Budeena, Yacht Haven Marina and Lymington. Thanks John - see you very soon.

    Lovely family weekend

    Oct. 29, 2017

We stayed on board Shabeene for a long weekend over October half-term, and couldn’t have made a better choice. Great boat, great location, and fantastic facilities - even the weather was kind! The joining instructions were really straightforward, and John (Arnie) and Lucy were both on hand to answer any queries - they even provided fishing tackle for the kids. The boat was warm and cosy, and provided the perfect base for exploring Lymington and the New Forest. Highly recommended.

    One night in Lymington

    March 14, 2016

Had a great weekend in Lymington. Drove down from London to explore all the marinas on the south coast, Port Solent, Poortsmouth, Poole etc. Our owner (Arnie) upgraded us to a Jenneau 54 which was in impeccable condition. Arnie was a great host and recommended a few local spots to explore. He owns LYC Charters and has 24 boats in this marina so a good man to know if you want a night on board in Lyminton. Lymington Marina has just won 2016 Marina of the year award and you can see why.. on the edge of the new forest the setting is really peaceful.. great little village. The shower facities are the same quality as a good five star hotel and the Marina bar and restaurant with the gas fireplace burning away in the evening makes for a great hang out. Looking forward to another weekend down there.
