We have spent 9 nights on feanor and have had a great time. Amazing spot in English harbour, watch the sunset, swim of the back of the boat walk to Nelsons Dockyard etc Excellent restaurant with harbour views at the end of the dock. Diving and sailing school adjacent. Shower and bathroom facilities 1 minute walk. Thank you Elizabeth and your friendly crew.

    Splendid on top of splendid

I had my own little nest on the dock in Falmouth Harbor within walking distance of the harbor and its provisions etc To tell the truth everything you may need is @ the Sailing Academy or a little market 300 yards the other direction from harbor from front entrance. Elizebeth who owns the Feanor and runs the Academy with her husband is always present on site for any needs etc. I found myself in my own little world on the boat a couple times a day stepping off the dock swim ladder and easing around the harbor to refresh and gaze at the super yachts and sailing vessels. This harbor is the number one spot for large sailing vessels and there are plenty to look at off the stern at sunset. Just know you are on a smaller sailboat and not the Four Seasons and because it is in the water you might get some roll and creaks at night. Nothing some silicon ear plugs didnt keep out. Ideal for 2 people or very good friends. I found it easier in my five days to take the short walk up to the shower/toilet and use those essentials instead of the boat. Anyhow, I could go on and on and am reticent to give it too good of review because I want to go back and not let the secret out of this little gem of a place on the water. Definitely a find.
